The circumfrence of the cloud bank of a quarter circle
The Shape of the Clouds were like pillars .
The pillars, lined the sky all the way arround from West to the South, and extened upward at center of 28 collumns to about 15degrees high at Southwest(CENTER)
Each were connected by a solid layer of clouds on top and at base, or the bottom.

A method of identifying defect generating process of a plurality of lots of wafers
